Choose the Right Route… Take the Peace Bridge
By using the Peace Bridge for your border crossing you use the only Niagara Region international crossing with the most direct access to the region’s major infrastructure:

Take the QEW Fort Erie-bound directly across the Peace Bridge |
Take the I-90 to Exit 53 (I-190 North) |
After clearing U.S. Customs stay right to proceed on the ramp to the I-190 South which connects to the I-90 |
Take I-190 North to Exit 9 towards Fort Erie, Canada |
OR to go North |
OR from the North |
After clearing U.S. Customs stay left and proceed to the second traffic light. At Porter Avenue turn right and merge onto the I-190 North which will take you across Grand Island to Niagara Falls or connect with the I-290 |
Take the I-190 South to the Porter Avenue Exit. Turn left onto Porter Avenue, turn left at the first traffic signal onto the Peace Bridge access road |

Continue across the bridge to Canada After paying the toll continue up the QEW until you reach your destination’s exit |
