Passenger vehicles not involved in a commercial enterprise should complete an Individual E-ZPass application.

Available at this time also, individuals are able to complete a Peace Bridge E-ZPass application on-line instead of writing the information on the application, then mailing or faxing it in. Click here for on-line signup for a Peace Bridge E-ZPass

Instead of on-line signup, if you wish to mail or fax in an individual application, print the files below then complete the information requested in the E-ZPass application.

Please print all documents (some require legal paper), review the information carefully, then complete the first page of the application. The completed application can be faxed or mailed to the Peace Bridge Customer Service Center in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Disregard references to any envelopes included - this refers to application packages that are mailed or handed out, and are not applicable to this kind of application.
